You may return items that are in unworn, 'like new' condition for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
In cases where the return is a result of our error (such as if you received an incorrect or defective item) we'll also gladly pay the full return shipping costs and replace your item with a new one.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. The time period for your refund includes the transit time for your return package (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund transaction (3 to 10 business days).
